Taquizas Ruiz’s al pastor tacos hit the spot on a late night out!! I’ve visited twice and love the generous servings of meat and pineapple. The marinade is very spicy so be warned, I definitely need to build my spice tolerance to these. Great people and a great food truck, very conveniently located outside of Rec Room! One of the best taco businesses for any event! We absolutely love the flavor of their tacos -- especially the chicken, asada, and al pastor. The tortillas add a unique touch to every bite, and the salsas are perfectly balanced -- not overly spicy, but full of flavor. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and they do an amazing job catering our annual event. Highly recommend!

So happy I ended up going with Talavera Tacos for my 80+ person event this past weekend. I booked them for tacos and churros and also sprung for a 10-person vegetarian option. Great communication via e mail and text. Payment was easy to set up. Eddie and Clara arrived early and set everything up. The food was great, we also added a lime and cucumber Agua Fresca, and the delicious churro's. All the guests were happy with the food. I would highly recommend Talavera Tacos at your next event!
